Amidst the green mountains and waters of Lin'an, Zhejiang Province, there is a name that has been passed down in the field of healthy food locally and even overseas - Jin Chengxie, a third-generation descendant who has inherited and innovated the craftsmanship of bamboo salt production in a unique way. Born in 1959, Jin Chengxie began learning the art of making bamboo salt under the influence of his grandfather and father since childhood. Over time, this skill not only became an indispensable part of his life, but also gradually evolved into the core of his life mission.


From tradition to innovation: unchanging commitments and the pace of the times


In the early 1980s, Jin Chengxie inherited the legacy of his father and came to Hongcun Village, Qingshanhu Street, Lin'an District, determined to inherit and promote this ancient bamboo and salt technique in the form of a small workshop. Lin'an, with its unique natural environment and abundant bamboo resources, has become a fertile ground for Jin Chengxie's bamboo and salt industry to start. In 1999, the dream of this determined entrepreneur finally took root, and Lin'an Sanheyuan Bamboo Salt Food Factory was officially established, opening a new chapter in the industrialization of bamboo salt.

On the basis of tradition, Jin Chengxie constantly innovated and derived various bamboo salt products. He also upgraded bamboo salt products from simple seasonings to nine calcined bamboo salt, a high-energy natural and healthy food rich in various minerals after nine rounds of refining. This innovation not only enhances the nutritional value and health benefits of bamboo salt, but also highlights its unique charm, satisfying modern people's pursuit of a healthy lifestyle.
